IMPORTANT UPDATE: Golf Registration Woodstock Hotel Bar @ 11:00am Saturday 23rd July
Due to circumstances beyond our control (cows! Yes cows!) we have to move the golf competition from Woodstock Golf Club to East Clare Golf Club. Our new venue is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel so we will be having registration in Woodstock Hotel at 11:00am on Saturday and arranging travelling partners. Our new tee time is 12:00pm to 13:30pm. We will need to keep the pace of play up so that we can all be back in time to get ready for our group photo and dinner that evening.

Hello everyone,
Just a quick note to you all about the 2016 OBT – time is marching along and I need all you to make your reservations in the hotel for the weekend. We currently have all the rooms reserved but by the end of April we will have to release back any unbooked rooms so please get on to the hotel and make your reservation now.
On behalf of the 2016 OBT Captain Anita Concannon, I would like to advise all the family of the details for our 2016 30th Anniversary. Anita will be writing – yes writing – to all the elder lemons shortly with more details.

To make the bedroom reservations guests can contact Mary Claire or Aleks in reservations on +353 (0) 61 444108 or reservations@hotelwoodstock.ie, this phone and email are manned from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday. If guests phone out of hours to make a reservation we will just ask our Reception Team to take phone numbers and Aleks or myself will call them back. Each Guest will be asked for a credit card number to secure their booking.
Golf is being handled separately by John Concannon – I will collect the fee from the golfers on the day. It’s not included in the deal below so please don’t enquire with reception/reservation staff. The full compliment of available Buggies (only 4 I’m afraid) has been reserved for our group and if you require a buggy simply let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you – age/infirmity will be the determining factor for allocating buggies. We are also looking at a 9 hole option this year for those players who may not be interested in the full 18 holes.
UPDATE: Golf has now been confirmed for 11:00am to 12:30pm.
Please quote “OBT2016” to ensure you get the correct rates as listed below:
- €170 per person sharing for two nights bed and breakfast with dinner on one evening, served in our function room, €35 per night single supplement.
- €105 per person sharing for one night bed and breakfast with dinner on one evening served in our function room, €35 per night single supplement.
- 2 Children under the age of 14 share free in a family room with 2 Adults.
- Dinner on the Saturday night is now being charged at €20 for kids who would have a half adult portion. Younger kids will have a cheaper option for smaller portions – I will be discussing the food options and finalising prices closer to the date.
