It was with great pleasure (and relief that it was all over) that Sean Hearne – outgoing 2012 Captain – announced Katie Maher-Buckley (or is it Buckley-Maher?) as the incoming OBT Captain for 2013.

A delighted Katie was brief but very eloquent in her acceptance speech – quite unusual for a Corkonian who as we all know like to rabbit on at any given opportunity.

In full support of the Missus, Ciaran “Bucks” Buckley was quoted – “It’s coming home Bye! It’s coming home! Up the Republic!”. Sounds like 2013 will be great!
